You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• SAS Developer with 4-6years of experience.
• Should have worked in SAS on differentplatforms
• Should have experience with SAS DI
• Should be familiar with functionalities & usage of SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS E-Miner, SAS Model Manager tools
• Should have knowledge in data import/export, SAS workflow analysis
• Detailed SAS programming knowledge and different interfaces
• SAS modeling anddata preparation

Desirable Skills:

• Should have at least 2-3 years experience specifically in passenger Airline or Travel industries

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Level 2/3 application support. On-call Pager rotation
• Receiving and acknowledging tickets
• Incident triaging and priority assessment
• Assignment of incidents
• Incident resolution
• Application monitoring and preventive maintenance
• Weekly status and SLA reporting
• Incident and problem management
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production application defects.
• Identify root cause and devise and implement permanent solutions to recurring defects
• Manage process improvements.
