Job Description: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: He/she will work under a supervisor & operations personnel during sales calls and meetings in their allotted area. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for local sales leads and prospects. Study & analysis of store wise performance snapshot & gives an action plan. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Maintain contact with all customers on the floor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Facilitating Sales information flow. Working with the Sales team to provide tactical support to the Agents on the floor by using a show & tell method. Have to achieve certain product-specific quotas and provide service for all promoted products. Understanding of demanded product store wise derived via customer interaction & floor presence. Assist marketers/marketing analysts in assessing the market trends and buying trends of consumers/customers He may be asked to work at the client help desk and solve customer complaints, prepare customer contracts and make strategies for new business development Aids in developing marketing strategies in maximizing sales revenue and reducing sales expense Strong hold on Process excellence Making sure the adherence of the old processes & cascading the new ones on timely basis. Understanding the behaviour & skills of the frontline staff & identify the gaps for closure. Play a key role in different demanded projects. Strong on client management SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS Must at least be a junior/senior student of a major coursework that leans toward business, marketing, management, or sales studies Capable of communicating effectively both orally and in writing Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills Good at time-management and performs efficiently in fast-paced environment Possesses the ability to work successfully with all levels of sales management Possesses a high level of professionalism in dealing with sales associates, managers, and customers Sharp critical thinking skills mixed with business acumen in assessing the trends in sales Good interpersonal skills
