Job Summary
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration and/or development in ServiceNow, including advanced reporting
- Good knowledge on ServiceNow HRSD architecture. (Preferred)
- Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of users/groups, notifications , etc..
- Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, XML
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
- Hands on experience on email integration (Inbound email action)
- Hands on experience with update sets and multi-tenant migrations
- ServiceNow reporting architecture
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Accountable and responsible
- Attention to detail
