Job Summary

Reporting To: Area/Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Executive (GT)
Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the ASM establish coverage, distribution and display objectives for all the Sales team (Distributor wise)
  • Have a clear focus on Traditional Channel- to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes
  • Build market relationships
  • Create PJPs for all the Field Sales Officer's/Area Development Officer's
  • Appoint all the agreed number of distributors to achieve sales, coverage and distribution objectives
  • Establish primary and secondary targets - region wise and market wise as per the PJPs of all the FSO's / ADO's
  • Break their objectives - month wise, week wise and day wise and strictly follow the system of reporting accordingly
  • Implementation of promotions and marketing activities
  • Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
  • Fill-up all the vacancies in your territory on time with the help of your seniors and HR department
  • Manage and motivate theArea Development Officers
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
  • Create new potential retailer points for the company in untapped market
  • Ensure best in class in-store execution
  • Collect customer feedback and market research , keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Execute all market plans as agreed with the senior and report periodically as per annexures and Mobile application (SFA)

Job Specification
Education: Min. Graduate
Industry Experience: Min. Experience of 4 years in Supervisor/Officer role, with any large/ medium sales team in FMCG companies (Preferably Beverages) and Strong relationship network in the trade channel
Management Skills: High level of creativity; good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Computer Literacy: Preferably have business platform technology experience in Sales Force Automation
Language Skills: Knowledge of Local Language
Communication Skills: Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
Personal Qualities: Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently. Highly self motivated and ambitious
