Job Summary

Reporting To: Area/Territory Sales Manager / Area Sales Executive / Field Sales Officer (GT)
Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow the SO's guidance to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives
  • Have a clear focus on Traditional Channel- to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes
  • Build market relationships
  • Implementation of promotions and marketing activities
  • Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure achievement of your primary and secondary sales target
  • Create new potential retailer points for the company in untapped market
  • Ensuring best in class in-store execution
  • Collect customer/retailer feedback and market research , keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Execute all market plans as agreed with the senior and report periodically as per annexures and Mobile application (SFA)

Job Specification
Education: Min. Graduate
Industry Experience: Min. Experience of 2 years in Sales Development/Officer role, with any large/ medium sales team in FMCG companies (Preferably Beverages) and Strong relationship network in the trade channel
Management Skills: High level of creativity; good negotiating and interpersonal skills
Computer Literacy: Preferably have business platform technology experience in Sales Force Automation
Language Skills: Knowledge of Local Language
Communication Skills: Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
Personal Qualities: Should be able to perform independently. Highly self motivated and ambitious
