Asa key member of cutting-edge development team responsibilities include, but arenot limited to:

• The Microservices lead will have fluency in design and development principles that enable them to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers
• The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the microservices and must be able to provide strategic and tactical support to clients and adapt to changing priorities.
• The lead will also be responsible for providing technical leadership within the department and will be the technical subject matter expert in all technology offering
• The ideal applicant will be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage in the development process
• Resolve escalations reported by customers
• Assist peer organizations with activities such as performance, scalability, and reliability testing

Key Skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
• 7-12 years of experience in software development
• 6 years of working with SQL databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle etc
• 5 years of working with Microservices based architecture
• 6 years of node.js development
• Any UI experience with React.js, Redux, etc is desired but not required
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
• Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Great initiative: proven ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable with working in a complex matrix environment
