Flash and Photoshop skills and industry experience.
Work samples should include college assignments especially figure study; examples of illustration styles, coloring, and composition; professional illustration work done in the last 6 months; and rough sketches, life drawing, and exaggerated styles.
At least 2 years in animation as key animators or above in a reputed studio.
