Job Summary
  • Owning the outcomes of and managing the day to day delivery of activities
  • Line management of project members
  • Resource planning, work assignment, and progress tracking ensuring the project is delivered on time and of the required standard
  • Working with the team to provide customer with proper work/requirement estimates
  • Ensure project adherence to company design and development processes
  • Reporting project status to key stakeholders and daily/weekly basis
  • Supporting project team members ensuring all impediments and blockages are removed
  • Managing daily scrums and stand-ups
  • Maintaining a delivery risk register
  • Arranging for deployments, releases and analyze delivery feedbacks and turn into strategical decisions for future developments
  • Conduct retrospective meetings and identify the corrective action taken to prevent recurrence of the problem and document accordingly
  • Building project timelines, setting milestones, Work break down structure, task assignments, creating project dashboards for continues monitoring of the project, managing change request and controlling project budgets
  • Track all the project deliverables, monitor quality and reduce number of reworks
  • Managing and ensuring that all potential risks/issues are properly communicated to all stake holders with a resolution plan
  • Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, deployment dates are met and in case of any variance all stake holders should be informed with the relevant reasons for the same
