Job Summary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Regular meeting with clients

Recruitment of candidates as per required skill set and coordination with client regarding interview schedule

Conduct onboarding formalities of new joiners

Payrolling

Follow up with client for payments and invoices

Handling grievances of employees

Maintain positive relationship with clients


Experience & Skills required:

Graduation

Good communication skills preferred

Proficiency to converse in English, Hindi and Punjabi

Experience in customer service, client coordination and staffing industry is preferred

Experience in Recruitment, Payrolling, Invoice generation is preferred

Knowledge of statutory compliances

Strong teamwork skills and attention to details

Experience Required :

3 to 6 Years
