Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending Meeting and explain about the company to members of the public in a clear and interesting way.
- Meet set number and income targets by signing client for the company.
- To participate in all the activities, public engagement and other activities as per organizational requirements.
- To ensure that all the field generated information is properly entered in the mandate form and daily sales report.
- To ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the company by him/herself.
- To play active role in the overall target achievement of the team.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Creativity and Problem-Solving
- Good in Research & Analytical skills
- Negotiating and influencing Skill.
- Able to get permission for Seminar.
- Confidence - maintaining a positive attitude
- Active listening - understanding the customers' needs.
- Rapport building - selling your personality.
