Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities -


Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc .
Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
Meeting monthly performance metrics
Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc


Desired Candidate Profile -
  • 1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of handling customer queries.
  • GDS experience is must

Work from home is applicable if you have laptop, internet and USB headset at home

Experience Required :

1 to 6 Year
