Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction by maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Maintaining profitable relationships with the key customers.
- Managing and delivering quality and consistent customer service.
- Handling client issues and providing solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Regularly formulating client reports and analyzing it thoroughly.
- Maintaining customer correspondence data
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with regards to product availability and maintain status updates.
- Conduct business reviews through CRM data analysis.
- Expanding customer base by upselling and cross selling.
- Maintain regular reports on customers.
- Identify and develop key problem solving methods to resolve customer issues.
Skills Required:

- Proficient in MS Office
