Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that is optimized for each platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and customer inquiries, and respond promptly and appropriately.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track analytics, and measure the performance of campaigns and content.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with followers, build a community, and foster meaningful relationships with our audience through effective community management.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to generate actionable insights and regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media communications.

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and experience in using them to schedule and analyze content.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and the ability to create visually appealing social media assets.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and voice across social media channels.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
