Job Summary

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in the field of Civil Engineering and site visits.
Strong understanding of property valuation principles and procedures.
Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting data accurately.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete.
Proficient in using relevant software tools and applications for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year lock-in period.
