- Meesho Customer Care: Kannada with English
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Any Graduates / Diploma (BE & B.tech can also apply)
- Should possess Good communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi or Malayalam or Kannada, or Tamil
- Age should be below 30 years.
JOB PROFILE:
- Voice support for E-Commerce / Telecom Customers in PAN India.
- Handle calls from Chennai to across India for customers positively and professionally.
- Provide required feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.
- Deal with a wide range of potential Customer information & database.
- Salary: 12500 /- to 18500/- fixed CTC + Incentives.
- Job Timings: Day Shift Timings
- Work Location: Chennai.
- Interview Days: Monday to Saturday
- Interview Timings: 10am (Slot 1) or 2.30pm (Slot 2)
- IMPORTANT NOTE: This requirement is an immediate Hiring; selected applicants should join the company within three working days from the selection date.
