Responsibilities :Analyzing technical and engineering requirements of algorithms /specifications and modify to suit our processor and software architecture.Designing, developing and testing of the software both in C and in Blackfin assembly. Porting and testing against the system requirements. Maintaining and upgrading existing software.Optimizing algorithms so as to reduce both MIPS and memory footprint.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills :BE/B.Tech with 3+ years of experience OR ME/ M.Tech with 2+ years experience.The engineer is required to have excellent knowledge in signal processing, preferably in video/image processing.Should have good experience in higher level languages like c and matlab. should have experience in developing application code in assembly language preferably of a dsp.Exposure to linux environment is a preference.Must have good communication skills and should have had experience of handling his own projects.Experience : 2 - 5 yearsLocation : Bangalore
