Responsibilities :Characterization/Re-characterization of Standard cell libraries from UMC, TSMC and TowerLibrary porting from different processMemory characterizationInterface with Std. cell vendors, Memory vendorsLibrary flow checking and Q/A with different cell viewDevelop scripts to maintain above flow and modifyI/O development (Wave shaping ckts etc...used in Memory controller ASICs)
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills :Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from reputed Colleges5-7 Years in ASIC Ckt. designExperience in Library characterization and Memory characterizationExperience in Library Q/A flow development/checkingExperience in dealing with Memory vendors and Std. cell vendors in Fabless companyExperience in PERL scriptingExperience in managing 2-3 Junior EngineersExperience in HSPICE and desirable to have Magma CellRater experiencePluses :I/O Design and DevelopmentExperience : 5 - 7 yearsLocation : Bangalore
