Role Overview Solution Engineer

As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering customer showcases and innovation workshops tailored to industry needs. You will partner with business units across verticals including Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Communications, and Healthcare to demonstrate cutting-edge solutions leveraging emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and IoT.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, plan, and deliver engaging customer showcases, highlighting innovative solutions and future-ready technologies.

Conduct workshops for diverse client stakeholders to demonstrate Wipro s technology capabilities and vision.

Collaborate with various Business Units (BUs) to craft tailored agendas and customized visit experiences.

Drive and facilitate walk-through sessions aligned to the customer profile and industry landscape.

Evangelize innovation through hands-on showcases featuring Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Internet of Things (IoT), and other emerging technologies.

Skills & Competencies

Strong team player, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments similar to a startup mindset.

Solid understanding of emerging technology trends and the ability to envision and articulate future technology landscapes.

Strong business acumen with a consultative mindset ability to understand industry-specific challenges and customer pain points.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with C-suite leadership.

Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with deep expertise in both technology and industry domains.
