Job Summary Role Purpose The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing strategies and solutions for business process analysis, data analysis, gap diagnosis, and functional requirements. They proactively contribute to client interactions, project planning, and solution development, managing more complex and high-scale engagements than a standard consultant. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Engagement and Strategy Development Act as the primary client contact for engagements with 10-20% support from partners. Develop, assess, and validate client business strategies, including competitive positioning and strategic direction. Identify and estimate the scope and liability for delivering end products or solutions. 2. Solution Design and Revenue Growth Create tailored solutions and services aligned with the client s business strategy. Identify opportunities to generate revenue in both existing and new domains. Lead engagements and oversee delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Presales and Proposal Development Drive proposal creation and presales activities, including engagement with new accounts. 4. Practice Development and Knowledge Sharing Contribute to the development of policies, frameworks, and methodologies for the practice. Build reusable intellectual property (IP) from managed projects. Guide junior team members in delivering solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies and reusable methodologies for efficiency. Domain Focus: Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) The role specifically involves expertise in the ETRM domain, requiring knowledge of industry-specific practices, trading mechanisms, and risk assessment methodologies. Core Competencies Client Relationship Management: Ability to lead and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Strategic Thinking: Expertise in developing strategies aligned with client business goals. Solution Development: Skill in creating customized, scalable, and reusable solutions. Leadership and Mentorship: Capacity to guide and oversee teams in delivering client solutions. Business Development: Capability to identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth.
