Job Summary Key Activities: 1. Delivery Assurance: Collaborate with leadership to plan and track key engagements. Ensure the right team is in place with necessary competencies. Oversee technical scope management, solutioning, and deployment. Build a strong technologist and architect pool for thought leadership. Engage in deal solutioning and recommend pricing models for engagements. Implement review mechanisms to prevent scope leaks and ensure optimal delivery solutions. 2. Client Relationship Management: Drive the service portfolio and value proposition for clients. Conduct regular customer engagement to understand needs and improve delivery methods. Partner with clients on delivery transformation and innovation initiatives. 3. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for new technology and solutions. Engage with current clients to expand business opportunities and increase organic revenue. Support sales in acquiring new deals and developing client solutions. 4. Capability Development and Talent Pipeline: Forecast demand and plan resource allocation across projects. Lead upskilling initiatives and ensure training compliance. Foster the induction and productivity of freshers into engagements. 5. Team Management: Hire and onboard the right resources for the team. Focus on career progression, training, and internal talent development. Manage team attrition, performance reviews, and diversity in leadership positions. Track team engagement and satisfaction to drive overall performance.
