Data And Analytics Salesforce Capabilities / Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead

Job Overview:

As the Salesforce Capability / CoE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within our organization. You ll be responsible for establishing and managing the Salesforce Capability / CoE, ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing technology utilization, and fostering innovation. Your expertise will guide successful Salesforce implementations, enhance user experiences, and maximize the value derived from technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define the vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align Capability / CoE initiatives with overall business priorities.
  • Champion best practices, governance, and change management strategies.

Stakeholder Alignment:

  • Engage with implementation partners, success management teams, and external consultants.
  • Facilitate cohesion among different stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of DX projects.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder involved in Salesforce initiatives.

Governance and Process Standardization:

  • Establish standardized processes, tools, and frameworks for Salesforce projects.
  • Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Create and mantain a"Knowledge Management Portal" for any CoE assets like POCs, First Call Deck, RFPs, Offers, Solutions, Whitepapers, Tools, Blogs, code assets, etc.
  • Drive the leverage of the assets
  • Define estimation models

Skill Development and Talent Management:

  • Identify skill gaps within the organization and address them through training and hiring.
  • Build a high-performing CoE team capable of driving successful digital initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous learning.
  • Solution Support to build industry and technology solutions

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements effectively.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
  • Collaborate with Product Vendor/partner for enablement, co-solution, etc.
  • Collaborate and support Pre Sales, Proposal Presentation, etc.

  • Profitable Growth

  • Number of RFP support
  • Total No. of Delivery Assets / Qtr (Offers / Solutions / Whitepapers / Tools / Blogs, etc)

Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of Salesforce experience
  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience (implementation roll out) in the relevant areas
  • Certification in 1 or more relevant areas
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder (customers, partners, vendors, cross functional teams, Wipro eco system) management skills.
