Job Summary
Role Purpose To develop detailed architectural designs, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality client engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Architectural Application Development Design enterprise-level scalable, reliable, and manageable systems. Lead RFP solutioning, ensuring overall design assurance. Implement SOA, microservices, and modern paradigms to drive agility and scalability. Transform applications for cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and modernization. 2. Requirement Analysis and Standardized Design Create reusable patterns, IPs, and best practices for scalability and reduced maintenance. Focus on digital transformation, integrating IoT, blockchain, and AI-driven technologies. Conduct design/code reviews with an emphasis on security. 3. Enable Delivery Teams Provide frameworks for delivery solutions, optimizing performance and scalability. Mitigate risks and ensure quality assurance across architecture decisions. Lead client engagement with thought leadership and solution presentations. 4. Competency Building & Branding Create POCs, white papers, blogs, and participate in forums to promote thought leadership. Mentor teams, conduct training, and build organizational capacity in architecture practices. 5. Team & Stakeholder Management Manage resource planning, onboarding, and career development of team members. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives and solutions. Monitor and drive team satisfaction, diversity, and performance metrics. Core Competencies Functional Skills: Domain and market intelligence. Expertise in system thinking, asset reusability, and technical architecture principles. Leveraging modern technologies for scalable solutions.
