Job Summary

Job Description In this role, you will manage social communications on various channels and day-to-day functions of corporate social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. This would comprise of creation of content strategies that are platform-specific, ideation and execution of social media-specific content, and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders from HR, Business Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to bring out the best of our brand story. The ideal candidate will have experience in expanding social reach and establishing ongoing content initiatives that amplify brand awareness and differentiation. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and implement an effective social media strategy, as well as track and report meaningful data insights. Now that the mandatory (and important) verbiage is out of our way, here's a simpler description- We are looking for someone who thrives on edgy content, yet has a decent understanding of what a technology business needs for building an impeccable brand on social media. We are trying to change the perception that B2B social channels cannot be fun. You'll be responsible for ideating and executing content that people would want to consume. Be it a fun employee story presented in funky packaging, or be it success stories of our business packaged in a bundle of analogies. Let's have some fun. Responsibilities: Create, Execute, and Manage social media content calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and CTO office, among others. Coordinate with Design and Brand Expression to ensure compliance with brand standards across all social media channels. Report critical metrics and highlight best practices to expand social media following, impressions, and engagement rate. Ideate content concepts that may sound borderline crazy to our colleagues. If it makes sense, we'll make it work. Good to have Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media project management in a corporate environment Proven ability to develop and execute organic social media campaigns to drive measurable results Proficiency in writing English-language social media communications for technology and B2B brands for a diverse, global audience is a plus Strong project management and communication skills to work cross-functionally on a global team Experience in any social media scheduling and management platform (Sprout Social, Oktopost, etc) would be a plus.
