Job Description: Execute daily merchandising goals in line with daily plans across BAU or Sale period Partner with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Brand team, SiteOps, Creative Agency to ensure successful execution of merchandise plans Accountable for ensuring the quality and accuracy of online merchandising, product placement and navigation strategies on real time basis Manage relationships to negotiate optimal terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution of plans Continually identify inefficiencies in workflow and provide optimal resolutions Maintaining a mobile-first mentality while balancing the needs of the desktop experience Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company is at the forefront of innovation Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent in business, merchandising, or any related field 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or a similar role Hands-on experience of an e-Commerce platform is a plus Strong project management skills Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and lead complex projects
