### **Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing strategies for our premier event venue offerings at Wings Group of Companies. This individual will play a critical role in promoting our venues, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement for a variety of events such as corporate conferences, weddings, exhibitions, and private events. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing campaigns, building partnerships, and maintaining consistent messaging to maximize event bookings and venue usage.

### **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing Strategy Development**:
- Design and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Wings Groups event venues to target markets, including corporate clients, event planners, and individual consumers.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to define unique selling propositions for the venues.
- **Brand Awareness & Positioning**:
- Elevate the brand of Wings Groups venues through a cohesive marketing plan, ensuring it stands out in a competitive event market.
- Work on consistent messaging for all marketing channels, including digital, print, social media, and PR.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) focused on increasing venue visibility.
- Optimize SEO strategies for the website to drive organic traffic and enhance online presence.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging posts, stories, and videos that highlight the venues features, events, and special offers.
- **Event Promotion**:
- Create promotional material and campaigns for upcoming events hosted at the venue, working closely with event organizers.
- Foster relationships with influencers, event planners, and other partners to promote events and drive foot traffic to the venue.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to promote venue-related events, special offers, and new services.
- **Partnerships & Client Relations**:
- Build and nurture relationships with event planners, agencies, corporations, and individuals to encourage venue bookings and repeat business.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote the venues and grow business partnerships.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use data and analytics to assess campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
- **Budget Management & Reporting**:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for venue promotions, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign performance, booking trends, and market conditions.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with the sales and events teams to ensure seamless marketing strategies that align with sales goals and customer expectations.
- Work with creative teams to produce high-quality promotional materials and content.

### **Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or other advanced degrees in marketing or related areas are a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and event promotions.
- Strong experience in brand development and management within a competitive market.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
