What will you do?

In this role, you won t be promoting our products you ll be promoting the value of adopting the culture of experimentation and running A/B tests to grow key business metrics and in the process help us elevate the VWO brand and raise awareness with key personas. The ideal candidate is an eloquent storyteller, a creative thinker, and a problem solver, embracing an entrepreneurial spirit. You possess outstanding writing and communications skills. Business success for this role will be measured at every funnel level: increased awareness improved brand engagement, and positive growth trends in key brand health metrics over time.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the key job of the Brand Manager is to focus on the strategy, day-to-day stewardship and execution of all brand awareness initiatives. Specifically, you will lead the execution of campaign plans, tactics, and playbooks by working closely with external and internal stakeholders. A key component of the position will be the ability to collaborate with the product marketing and business unit marketing teams to ensure that brand initiatives support the short and long term objectives of the marketing team and the overall growth of the business.

How do we measure the success of this role:

Business success for this role will be measured at every funnel level: increased awareness, improved brand engagement, and positive growth trends in key brand health metrics over time. Key measures as follows:

  • Number of hours VWO branded content or logo consumed by ICP
  • Growth of followers and engagement on social media
  • Growth of number of members in VWO branded community
  • Direct traffic growth

Things you will own to help us achieve this:

  • Creating new and engaging educational properties in multiple formats
  • Collaborating with influencers to run creative joint campaigns
  • Manage and run events (both physical and digital)
  • Manage external sponsorships to relevant properties like events, podcasts, blogs etc.
  • Build the VWO experiment-led growth community from scratch

Skills you need to succeed in this role:

  • Critical
    • A 360-degree understanding/perspective of the marketing ecosystem
    • Experience in marketing to international markets
    • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B tech, IT services or a progressive digital agency
    • Comfortable reaching out and speaking to influencers & industry experts
    • Ability to capture current trends/news jacking to get eyeballs of ICP
    • Creative - ability to thinking out of the box to run super engaging campaigns
  • Good to have
    • Prior experience of creating community from scratch
    • Prior experience of creating a category from scratch
    • Any experience with PR and awards
