Job Description:
We are seeking an immediate joiner to fill this position.As a Senior Recruiter at Wildnet Technologies, you will play a crucial role in helping us identify and hire top talent in the fields of Digital Marketing and IT services. You will work in our Noida Sector 63 office and be responsible for finding and attracting candidates who will contribute to our fast-growing and people-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Digital Marketing and IT services industry.
Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
