Job Responsibilities: Should have experience in Installation and maintenance of database server, replication, clustering and client environments. Should have experience in Design, development and administration of MySQL databases. Must have configured and managed replication/standby instances of MySQL in UNIX / Linux Environments. Expertise in MySQL High Availability features like Clustering, Replication etc Should have experience in Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of MySQL databases. Should have experience in determining, implementing, and managing database backup and recovery strategies / systems. Should have strong Database concepts Indexing, partitioning, Query optimization. Should have very good analytic and problem solving skills to debug various issues. Should have worked in environments such as 24/7 support of production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business systems. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in engineering. 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
