Description: To maintain a call center team of 10 to 500 Customer acer or technical agents To understand and cater to the needs of clients and support via inbound or outbound calls Monitor and manage Team Performance SLAs and TATs Develop and identify performers and provide trainig time to time Cater to a wide variety of Processes Should have excellent team managemnet skills, knowledge on attrition control, shrinkage, leakage etc Salary basing on from 4.5L to 15L CTC perannum based on experience Age upto 35 years Eligibility: PUC or Graduate with minimum 1 year on paper as TL, Dynamic and a go getter. You may walkin with your 2-6 sets of resume copies to try with various companies as all the round would be in the same place.
