Description:

  • Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
  • Candidate should have 0-8 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
  • Should be open to work in Day/Night shifts.
  • Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible.
  • Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients.
  • Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
  • Free Recruitment.
  • Salary starts from 19k to 48K take home basing on communication and experience.
  • Age upto 35 years in some cases upto 45years.

  • Eligibility:
    PUC or Graduate Fresher or Experienced.
    For executive CSR Min 1 Year Exp must.
