Responsibilities
Work in a development team to develop integrated web and mobileASP.NETapplications.
Perform design and development of web-based services and applications.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure delivery of high quality and reliable web applications.
Develop databases, including queries, triggers, and stored procedures.
Monitor application performance at the post-deployment stage and make necessary changes if needed.
Perform code reviews and provide necessary corrections.
Resolve application defects and issues in a timely manner.
Works collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of theproject.
Provide estimations for new developments and enhancements.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of development (from the scratch) experience in ASP.NET. Exposure in Windows Desktop application design and development will be an added advantage.
Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of their ecosystems.
Must have experience in creating Business Logic and Data Access Layers to implement the MVC architecture.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and Query optimisation.
Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).
Bonus Points
Work experience in Windows Azure and/or AWS.
Knowledge in Pure JavaScript and/or it's frameworks.
Experience in working on CMS platforms.
Experience in REST API development.
Deployment automation experience.
