Job Description

• Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell Services or solicit donations
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer s requirements
• Record the customer s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company s reputation
• Go the extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within yourassigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
