JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound travel sales queries.

Provide expert travel consultation and itinerary planning.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).

Energetic, thoughtful, and sales-oriented.

Willing to work night shifts (rotational basis) with roster-based weekly offs (no fixed offs on Saturdays and Sundays).

Candidates must be located within 25 km of Ecospace, Kolkata.

Prior experience in travel sales is an added advantage.
