Job Summary
Job Description Skill Set Required:
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification. - Worked on UpWork, PPH, Freelancer, Guru etc.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitching outlining the benefits of product services.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing product services as per their needs.
- Cold calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Understanding customers diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow up calls.
- Identifying opportunities to further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
- Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
- Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets.
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to delight clients and going above and beyond.
- Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
