Job Description

We are looking for a MEAN/MERN Stack Developer to join our Web Development team. As part of the team, you will contribute to various web applications across a variety of frontend and backend disciplines. They must be willing to learn and share their knowledge with the rest of the team members. You will work closely with the founders to build on our core platform and mobile applications.

Skills

Exceptional coding skills in JavaScript
Advanced proficiency in MEAN/MERN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularReact)
Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, AngularJS, React, Node.js, and Mongo
Binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models
Creating RESTful services with Node.js
Experience using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)
Architect scalable web architectures
Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience
Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
Be responsive to change requests and feature requests
Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly

Responsibilities :

Managing Client-Server Communications seamlessly.
Pushing the boundaries of back-end development using the MEAN/MERN stack.
Design and implement APIs in support of front-end services and help create a highly scalable, flexible, and secure backend.
Work in an agile environment of engineers to architect, design, develop, and build our server side infrastructure.
Fluent knowledge of latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices
Working knowledge of JavaScript and AngularJS
Working knowledge of Node.js and Express
Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
Working knowledge of front end optimization and performance techniques
Obsession with lean, clean, and organized front-end code
Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet, and mobile devices
Eye for details is crucial
Able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines
Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation
