Learn more about us at www.webengage.com Key Responsibilities: Customer relationship for collection and solving billing/ledger-related issues. Following up and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders Basic Knowledge of Tax Compliance like GST, TDS, etc. Requirements: Excellent email skills Good time management skills. A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of prior experience in corporate/Saas/Startups infrastructure Basic computer skills with preferable prior experience working with accounting software like SAP, Oracle, Quickbook, Tally etc Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers.
