What will you do?

Responsible for the overall software development life cycle and team management.

Architect, design, build, debug & maintain user facing web applications

Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle; from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization and support

Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment

Provide thought leadership to the team around new technologies, processes and approaches

Contribute substantially to innovation and overcome technology limitations to deliver on customer experience

Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management

You should have:

8+ years of experience in designing and developing complex, interactive consumer applications with at least 2+ years of experience in team management

Hands-on experience in front-end development using React with a sound understanding of JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Nice to have experience in other frontend frameworks like AngularJS, Vue JS.

Highly enthusiastic and ability to break down complex problems into simple, innovative solutions that serve the business need.

A knack for problem-solving and ability to work in ambiguity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Prefer to have prior experience in the fintech/crypto domain.
