What will you do

• Facilitate communication between product and mobile engineering teams, ensuring specifications and deadlines are clearly communicated and understood.
• Manage multiple projects, creating timeline projections, organizing collaborative meetings, and ensuring projects comply with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review work and projects for technical accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product lines and production efficiency.

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of mobile engineering work experience and 2+ hands-on technical management experience on mobile (android/ios) platforms.
• Exceptional coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications.
• Retained, mentored and hired senior engineers and leaders with a track record of building productive, world-class engineering teams.
• Must have knowledge of Android, iOS, Swift, Java and relevant mobile engineering tools
• Highly collaborative problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
