  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Demonstrate technical expertise by thinking creatively and providing innovative solutions to complex data-related challenges, pushing boundaries in Supply Chain data analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and articulate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Autonomous Work: Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of projects, and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Guidance and Best Practices: Lead the team by setting coding standards, advocating for reusable and modularized code, implementing design patterns, and guiding on best practices in data engineering.
