We are looking for a Technical Lead who can lead the UI development.Candidate must be carrying an experience in the range of 7+ Years. Candidate must carry the experience in leading successful project deliveries with Excellent Design, Client Interaction and Team Gelling. Candidate also need to step in manage small teams and govern the work.
Key Responsibilities
Min 4 years of experience in ReactJS is must and overall 8 + years of experience
Be familiar with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns and anti-patterns
Be able to tell good design from bad design
Have a mastery in DOM manipulation and understand components, CTAs
Must have experience with modern frontend frameworks and tooling NodeJS and ReactJS expertise
Significant hands-on experience in ES6
Working experience with web socket will add value
Have knowledge of browser behaviour, performance, compatibility and cross-browser issues
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Take pride in working on advanced CSS, animations and responsiveness
Good architectural & design skills
Strong coding, data structures and algorithms
The ability to own end to end responsibility right from requirement to release
The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code
Work with 2 or 3 senior / junior developers and ensure good delivery to customer
Experience in web sockets, NodeJS is also mandatory
