Senior Technology Manager Job in Walkingtree Technologies

Job Description:

Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables. You will work closely with different stakeholders to ensure that a clear and explicit plan exists. Also, you will be responsible for keeping all the stakeholders updated about the progress and exceptions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with project stakeholders
• Experience in handling multiple projects of small to large size with best in class Engineering practices to deliver the program on time within budget
• Apply traditional and Agile practices to support the underlying program, project or portfolio
• Manage multiple projects/teams of developers and QA team in a highly dynamic environment
• Ability to identify and assess risk/issues of the complex assignments and provide solutions
• Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims systems
• Assists project with customer communication and interactions
• Ensure work authorization, completion confirmation and all other required documents are obtained from stakeholders.
• Address questions/concerns throughout the project
• Responsible to track project changes and produces updated schedules
• Review project information and compile schedules in a timely manner
• Tracks the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintains up-to-date notes
• Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in computer science with MBA will be preferred.
• 10+ years prior experience is mandatory
• Experience in managing a team of a mix of Leads, Sr Engineers and Associate Engineers, QA Engineers and ensure the optimum utilization with the right level of energy among team members
• Background of handling projects in enterprise-class
• Good to have certifications in project management, program management, scrum master
• Good experience in practising agile methodologies and exposure to various Agile methodologies / scaled-agile
• Proficient in working with project management tools
• Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
• Integrity, honesty and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
• Highly organized with attention to details
• Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of web application, mobile application development process and SDLC Process
• Extreme focus on reusability and best practices
• Focus on automation, including test automation, DevOps, Code Quality Check, etc

Salary: As per industry standard
