Job Summary
Quality Assurance Engineer
Diploma / BE (Mechanical)
3-5 Years , preferably in Fasteners Industry
- Validate new product designs and QA systems and maintain a high quality production process.
- Prepare PPAP, APQP documents and Quality System for new development projects.
- Manage customer quality issues, proper understanding of Root Cause & Why-Why-Why Analysis.
- Conduct CFT meetings for review of customer quality issues for root cause analysis and action plans.
- Proper Implementation, Monitoring and Periodic Review of CAPA & Action Plan by respective process owners.
- Building a high quality supply base and review and approve the quality processes for monitoring.
- Supplier contract preparation and implementation for incoming inspection requirements.
- Prepare, implement and monitor the Quality Systems for In-process Inspection and Final Inspection.
- To ensure total quality management systems for the production processes, as per the guidelines of IATF-16949
- Maintain Quality Control Charts, SPC, MSA and training of operator on Quality Systems.
