Sr. Design Engineer-instrumentation Job in Wabag Group

WABAG is looking for a Sr. Design Engineer-Instrumentation who has field experience and has worked with control systems.

• To ensure the timely completion of engineering of assigned projects
• Preparation & checking of Instrument data sheets, sizing calculations. Data sheets includes Gauges, Transmitters, Control Valves, Flow Elements, Pneumatic On-Off Valves, Pressure Safety Valves
• Preparation of Instrumentation Index, I/O list, Control System Specification
• Interface checks with various disciplines
• Technical Bid Evaluation of instrumentation items
• Interaction with various Instrumentation vendors
• Involved with designers in various design deliverables such as Hook up drawings, Loop wiring, Instrument Electrical interface drawings, Cable Block Diagram, JB grouping, Instrumentation cable routing etc
• To ensure the quality of engineering deliverables for assigned project and To ensure Engineering BOQ control for the completion of assigned projects
• To support procurement activities as required by SOP
• To provide site support and ensure that site execution is in line with engineering
• To ensure compliance to company policies and procedures within sphere of responsibility
• To record all extra claims / variations from the contract requirement
