Job Summary
- We're hiring 2021&2022 freshers who would join us immediately for the anking/telecom customer care process.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Any graduates/diploma(BE&B.tect can also apply) should possess good communication skills in English, Tamil Telugu, Kannada,Malayalam, and Hindi
- AGE SHOULD BE BELOW 330 YEARS.
JOBPROFILE:
- customer support for banking/telecom customers in PAN India
- Handle calls from cChennaicustomer positively and professionally.
- Provide feedback solutions to issues that have been raised
- Deal with a wide range of potential information&database.
- SALARY: 12000/- TO 18500/- FIXED CTC +BONUS+INCENTIVES.
- JOB TIMINGS:DAY SHIFT.
- WORK LOCATION: CHENNAI
- INTERVIEW DAYS : MONDAY TO SATURDAY ( SLOT 1 - 10AM & SLOT 2- 2.30 PM)
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Good command over TAMIL,ENGLISH,MALAYALAM, TELUGU,KANNADA AND HINDI
