Job Summary
banking/telecom customer care processJOB TITLE:
- Customer support officer/Executive
- Banking voice-customer care process/verification process.
- Any graduates/ diploma (BE&B.TECH can also apply)
- should possess good communication skills in English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Age should be below 30 YEARS.
- Customer support for bank/telecom customers in PAN India.
- Handle calls from Chennai positively and Professionally.
- Provide feedback solutions to issues that have been raised.
- Deal with a wide range of potential information and database
- SALARY:12000/-TO 18500/- CTC FIXED +Bonus +Incentives
- JOB TIMINGS: DAY SHIFT TIMINGS
- WORK LOCATION: Chennai
- INTERVIEW DAYS: Monday To Saturday (Timings; Slot one at 10 AM or Slot two at 2.30 PM)
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - voice Processing skill with 1+ years experience
Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education
Preferred - Located in Chennai
Required - Good command over Tamil Or English Or Telugu Or Malayalam Or Kannada Or Hindi
