Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities and having responsibility of handling distributors in the assigned territory.
- Maintains relations with Distributors by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products.
- Informing current industry trends, market activities of competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Sending Route plan and daily reports and impart training to Distributor/Dealer whenever required.
- Responsible for billing, delivery and collection on time.
- Updating management with market knowledge such as competitors strength and weakness.
