To identify training needs, design programs and ensure NABH compliance.

Regular participation on the in-house / external trainings as scheduled by the Human Resources Department.

Continued participation in the comprehensive training assessments.

Qualification :
BSC (Nursing)-Registered (5 Years Experience in the Clinical side and must have indepth knowledge in NABH guidelines)
