- Preparing of architectural drawings for residential and commercial buildings.
- Well versed in AutoCAD & Photoshop, open to travel.
- Projects conceptualization & design development.
- Reviewing drawings as per by laws for approvals from Govt. authorities.
- The candidate must be a degree holder in Architecture.
- Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
- Experience in review of drawings in commercial & residential sector.
- Strong communication skills- verbal & written.
