Job Description
- Over 20 years of experience in Design& construction Supervision of National Highways/State Highways/Expressways with minimum five years experience in Supervisory level in consultancy organizations.
- Experience in Preparation of Feasibility and Detail Project Report (DPR) of Highways/Roads & Bridges Projects.
- Work experience of site Investigations, Highway Design, Report Preparations. Hands on experience in Co-ordination of all site activities for various design projects.
- Must be conversant with Highway & Road designs as per NHAI/MORTH standards. Capable of handling multiple highway projects simultaneously.
- Shall be responsible for overall planning, organization, functioning, coordination and control of TRB Strategic Business Unit.
- Ensure proper division of responsibility, reporting structure and organizational discipline in the SBU.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all employees of TRB department to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Shall be responsible for formulation and implementation of operational& business strategy/ plans for TRB SBU with a focus on current and future organizational needs.
- Will be responsible to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the SBU as laid down by the management.
- Set guidelines for timely billing and norms for collections. Review Customer wise debt and ensure recovery of all outstanding.
- Keep the MD& CEO informed about business activities, potential threats, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Continuously review existing business strategies and targets for better alignment with business goals.
