Job Role and Responsibility

The Senior Partner Operations specialist will perform various operational tasks to support WW Partner Operations Organization. The Specialist is expected to understand Partner Programs and process/workflows to ensure all partner and business issues relating to the program are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. The Specialist will communicate with our partners and internal business units primarily by email but the impressions the Specialist creates when he/she interacts with our stakeholders will play a significant role in establishing favorable perceptions of VMware and ensuring a positive experience in all interactions

End-to-end process ownership, execution and analysis for trends

Provides timely, accurate, and detailed responses to both internal and external customer inquiries in a professional manner and manage escalations as appropriate.

Support data standardization activities and maintain data integrity in VMwares systems

Ability to work cross-function and cross-team with IT, Finance, BTA, Revenue and Process Management

Track and report transactional volumes/SLA trends, drive efficiencies and adherence to business KPIs and SLAs

Assist with UAT testing of system enhancements and new program releases

Transitions and champions new processes and helps with execution of new ideas generated by the team.

Provide support in automating and streamlining processes for ease of doing business

Assist with Process documentation review and maintenance

Assist with special projects as needed

Help train new people as they join the organization

Required Skills:

5+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations

2+ years of experience in customer support on email or any customer experience management role

1+ years of experience in SalesForce.com CRM

Expert in Excel Macros and hands on experience in Tableau Dashboard

Bachelors degree is a must

Exceptional communicator, both written and oral
Strong MS Excel and Power Point skills and ability to learn systems/tools quickly with little or no guidance
Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team
Solid business acumen which appropriately balances creativity, entrepreneurship and risk taking
Comfortable working effectively with cross-functional teamsand building necessary business relationships
A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
Must be highly motivated, innovative and flexible to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to working in shifts and extended working hours per business requirements

Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

Preferred Skills:

2+ years of experience in Partner Operations

Hands on experience in Oracle 11i and SAP BOBJ

Experience in Business and Management Reporting
